We provide "7 Days No Reason Return/Exchange"
If you simply don't like the products you can return them for free and get a full refund (not including shipping fee in the order). On this condition, you need to pay the return shipping fee. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or different type, you still need to cover the shipping fee for returning the item, as soon as we receive buyer's email which includes the photo of shipment & tracking number, we will immediately resend the requested item at once.
Orders signed beyond 7 days:
If not quality problems or not our faults to send the wrong size, beyond 7 days, you shall pay for the shipping cost to return and also about US$10-15 shipping cost for us to resend if you want a replacement.
